They're separate from, and don't replace, the written project agreement you'd sign with us before any remodeling work begins; that agreement, not this page, governs the actual scope, price, and schedule of your bathroom remodel.

This Website Doesn't Constitute a Contract for Work

Nothing on this site, including cost ranges, service descriptions, or anything discussed by phone or email before a written proposal, is a binding offer to perform work at a specific price. A real project only begins once you've received a written, itemized proposal from us and both of us have signed it. That signed agreement, not this website, sets out the actual terms of your remodel.

Using This Site

You're welcome to browse this site, read our guides, and use the information here to plan your own bathroom remodel. What you can't do: copy our text, photos, or project images for your own commercial use; attempt to scrape, mine, or bulk-download the site's content; or use the site in a way that could damage it, overload it, or interfere with other visitors. We reserve the right to restrict access if we see abuse of the site.

Content Ownership

All text, photos, and project images on this site belong to Bathroom Renovation Sarasota unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without our permission. If you'd like to use a photo of your own completed project (for example, to share on social media), just ask, we're usually happy to say yes.

Accuracy of Information

We do our best to keep the cost ranges, permit fees, statute references, and timelines on this site current and accurate for Sarasota County, but they're provided for general planning purposes and can change, county fees get updated, statutes get amended, and your specific home may not match a "typical" project. A firm price and timeline only come from a written, itemized proposal after a free in-home assessment. See our Disclaimer for more detail on this.
